We offer a variety of group fitness, aqua fitness, virtual classes, squads and sports sessions across our facilities.

Bookings for group fitness classes open online 24 hours prior to start time.

If a class is Full you will be invited to join the Watch List. If a spot comes available those on the Watch List will be sent a text message offering the spot.

First to respond by clicking the link will claim the spot.
