  1. Adults BeginnerThis class is for the beginner adult who has had limited water experience. Students will learn basic techniques and be encouraged to develop independence in the water.Target age 16 years or older
  2. Adult IntermediateThis class is for an adult who has a basic level of water experience. Students will learn freestyle and backstroke techniques and be encouraged to develop more independence in the water.Target age 16 years or older
  3. Adults Stroke CorrectionMust be able to swim independently for this level. Students are encouraged to increase their swimming distance in this class and receive further stroke correction. Lesson conducted in 25m pool with instructor out of water.Target age 16 years or older
